With decades of experience in leadership and finance, Rudy Fors, has been recognized as a respected leader, banker, and advisor to thousands of businesses, consumers, non-profits and real estate investors.

He has built teams while successfully transitioning companies with complex banking needs to a better understanding of how to free up additional cash, while leveraging credit as an advantage for growth. He is committed to providing his team and customers with strategic organizational, credit, and treasury management advice by utilizing a team approach so that each customer has the best financial services available, both inside and outside of the bank.

He enjoys banking because it gives him an opportunity to provide valuable solutions to small business owners so they can grow their companies and create wealth for the communities we serve. Rudy is also a commercially licensed pilot, a charity runner for American Cancer Society, volunteer coach and a musician.
